2019 Cruising for Conservation International Marine Conservation Conference will be held aboard the Carnival Magic departing from and returning to Ft. Lauderdale on Saturday January 4, 2020 and will return Sunday, January 12, 2020.

The itinerary for the conference/cruise is as follows:

Saturday January 4, 2020     Depart Ft. Lauderdale 4pm

Sunday January 5, 2020        Sea Day - Conference Presentations

Monday January 6, 2020       Sea Day - Free day, no sessions

Tuesday January 7, 2019       Port of St. Maarten - Poster Presentations (Scientist led excursions available)

Wednesday January 8, 2020 Port of St. Kitts - Panel Session and Film Festival (Scientist led excursions available)

Thursday January 9, 2020      Port of San Juan, Puerto Rico (Scientist led excursions available)

Friday January 10, 2020         Port of Grand Turk ( Scientist led shore excursions available) 

Saturday January 11, 2020    Conference Presentations and Award Ceremony

Sunday January 12, 2020       Disembark at New Orleans, LA

Cabin Types

There are several types and categories of cabins available for this conference/cruise.

Types of Cabins

Inside: The smallest-sized room, with no window to the outside
Outside: A room with a window or porthole (a round window) with a view to the outside, often similarly sized to an inside cabin or a bit larger; also known as oceanview
Balcony: a room featuring a verandah that allows you to step outside without going up to a public deck
